💼 About This Role

You'll lead quality management for embedded system controllers at Mujin, a global industrial automation company. Your core impact is ensuring product quality across the entire lifecycle, from development to production. You'll also collaborate with global teams in Europe and the US to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct quality reviews at each milestone.
• Operate and analyze quality management databases.
• Design and implement quality control processes using FPY metrics.
• Monitor problem reports and drive root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with global teams for issue resolution.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in embedded systems.
• Proficiency in Python, C++, and bash scripting.
• Solid knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
