You'll lead the Lovable agent end-to-end, owning quality, roadmap, and feedback loops. Your work will shape how the agent reasons and delivers for millions of users. This role directly influences one of the most consequential product surfaces at a company transforming software creation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Synthesize user findings on agent performance and behavior
• Run discovery end-to-end including user interviews and eval analysis
• Own quality bar for agent outputs and drive eval infrastructure
• Scope functionality and validate through user feedback and metrics

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in software industry with AI/LLM product ownership
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-based systems
• Technical fluency: can program and read model outputs and evals
• Strong product sense and systems thinking for agent communication

• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Prior experience operating at the frontier where best practices are still being written
