Description

You will lead technical execution in the Tactical Recon Strike division, driving the design, fabrication, and production of cutting-edge autonomous drones and solid rocket motors. You'll work at the intersection of hardware and software to craft system architectures, manage engineering risk, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver critical defense capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in senior role leading system design from concept through delivery
• Basic understanding of aerodynamics, IMUs, and control actuation servos
• Technical Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Software engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on prototyping of complex robotic systems
• Familiarity with mechatronic design, firmware/software system design, and sensor physics

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution from initial design through fabrication, test, and production
• Develop systems for expeditionary operation, intuitive warfighter use, and modular sensor expansion
• Define product milestones, lead technical design reviews, and manage engineering risk
• Coordinate prototype fabrication and subsystem/system level test efforts
• Create and execute verification and validation plans for end-to-end system
