💼 About This Role

You'll support the Escrow Officer in managing real estate transactions from opening to closing. You'll coordinate documents, communicate with all parties, and ensure accurate, compliant, and timely closings. You'll use escrow management software like Qualia to complete tasks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open, process, and help close escrow transactions
• Collect, review, and maintain transaction documents
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties
• Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in escrow or title
• Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions
• Familiarity with escrow management software

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Qualia
