๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive enterprise-wide talent practices including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. You'll partner with HRBPs and leaders to build leadership pipelines and enable data-driven talent decisions. This role offers the chance to shape talent strategy at a software supply chain security leader.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute the end-to-end performance management cycle
- Lead talent review processes including 9-box and potential assessments
- Implement succession planning frameworks for key roles
- Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive talent agenda
๐ Requirements
- 6-10 years in Talent Management or HR COE roles
- Strong experience in performance management, 9-box, and succession planning
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret talent data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
