💼 About This Role

You'll drive enterprise-wide talent practices including performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning. You'll partner with HRBPs and leaders to build leadership pipelines and enable data-driven talent decisions. This role offers the chance to shape talent strategy at a software supply chain security leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute the end-to-end performance management cycle
• Lead talent review processes including 9-box and potential assessments
• Implement succession planning frameworks for key roles
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to drive talent agenda

📋 Requirements

• 6-10 years in Talent Management or HR COE roles
• Strong experience in performance management, 9-box, and succession planning
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret talent data
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
