You'll transform complex cybersecurity workflows into high-fidelity instructional content for the Recorded Future Platform, focusing on task-based learning experiences that reduce time-to-value for users. You'll apply adult learning theories and work with SMEs to create labs and simulations.

• Partner with SMEs to deconstruct workflows into learning assets.
• Design labs, CTF challenges, and scenario-based learning modules.
• Rapidly translate technical workflows into storyboards.
• Manage full development cycle and quality assurance for instructional projects.

📋 Requirements

• Articulate Rise and Camtasia expert proficiency.
• Ability to apply accessibility standards to digital learning assets.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and personas.
• Instructional Design certificate required.
