Description

You will coordinate test planning and program management at the Stennis engine test facility, optimizing operations to meet Neutron program objectives. You'll lead daily alignment meetings, develop performance measures, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or other technical discipline
• 10+ years experience with rocket systems test operations, flight test, or similar industry
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed
• Must be physically able to commute to buildings

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test planning with key leads to support a 2-shift, 7-day-a-week test cadence
• Manage weekly and monthly schedules, forecasting staffing needs
• Lead daily meetings to align engineering, operations, and safety teams
• Develop key performance measures to optimize site operations and resources
• Identify risks and obstacles, implement mitigation strategies
