Description

In this role, you'll partner with the Business Development Director to drive new business and expand relationships within key strategic accounts. You'll identify opportunities, develop proposals, and manage the full sales cycle for complex B2B deals in the clinical trial space, directly contributing to advancing brain health research.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in health sciences or business (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and CRM platforms; Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Partner with BD Director to increase account penetration and develop pipeline via outreach, meetings, and trade shows
  • Conduct research on strategic accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and bid-defense planning
  • Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships
  • Lead cross-functional development of proposals and Executive Summaries for strategic accounts
