💼 About This Role

You'll support product launches and adoption strategy for a two-sided healthcare marketplace. You'll partner with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Account Management to translate customer insight into clear messaging and drive measurable growth. This role offers ownership in a mission-driven startup modernizing healthcare staffing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on customer needs
• Develop positioning and messaging for new and existing features
• Own go-to-market planning and execution for feature launches
• Define adoption strategy and analyze product usage data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in product marketing
• Experience partnering with Product teams on feature launches
• Strong positioning and messaging skills
• Analytical mindset to translate data into strategic recommendations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience marketing to B2B and B2C audiences
• Experience in a two-sided marketplace model
• Experience leading customer interviews or surveys
