• Design AI-enabled processes to increase CEO's focus and output quality.
• Oversee resource allocation, automating or augmenting work with AI.
• Embed AI into operating rhythms to improve coordination and decisions.
• Partner with leadership to pilot and scale high-impact AI use cases.
• Drive accountability with success metrics and AI-enabled impact reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in consulting, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Strong understanding of AI tools like LLMs and automation platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI to real business workflows.
• Exceptional problem-solving with systems thinking and optimization.
