💼 About This Role

You'll lead brand partnership sales for Hypebeast and Hypemaker in Hong Kong, driving business growth through 360° creative solutions. You'll work with top brands in fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle to craft integrated campaigns spanning content, production, influencer strategy, and experiential activations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities in fashion, retail, beauty, and lifestyle.
• Sell full-service creative partnerships including strategy, content, influencer, and events.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with senior-level stakeholders as a strategic advisor.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, creative sales, or media/agency business development.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English with solid written English; conversational Mandarin preferred.
• Active network within fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle industries.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-level accounts.
