You'll lead two cross-functional engineering teams, coordinating mobile and full-stack product delivery for a fintech platform serving tens of thousands of business users. You'll act as the key link between engineering execution and product strategy, supporting planning, communication, and delivery consistency in a fully remote, async-friendly culture. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and support two development teams (mobile and product engineering)
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into plans
• Write and refine tickets, technical requirements, and product requirement documents
• Build and maintain delivery plans, reporting progress and risks to engineering leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on development
• Proven experience leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager in a product-driven environment
• Strong familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile or full-stack architecture patterns
• Advanced English communication skills and native-level Ukrainian language proficiency
