💼 About This Role

You'll join Anduril's Quality Engineering team to ensure manufacturing processes meet high standards through inspections and data analysis. You'll drive quality improvements across the product lifecycle and collaborate cross-functionally on quality assurance protocols. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge defense technology in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive improvement in product design, manufacturing, and suppliers across the product lifecycle
• Develop and utilize data-driven approach to evaluate and prioritize product quality and reliability
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Support internal tracking tools for supplier incoming, manufacturing, and field quality issues

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 5+ years experience with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware/software systems
• 5+ years experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience as a lead auditor for AS9100 or other ISO 9001-based QMS standard
• Experience with Integrated Dewar Cooler Assemblies (IDCAs) and/or Infrared (IR) Cameras
