Description

You will partner with Technology, AI Product, and Finance teams to design and implement automated solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and control in finance processes. You'll work on improving month-end close, cash forecasting, account reconciliation, and reporting using custom builds and vendor tools.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3-5 years professional experience in accounting, corporate finance, or finance transformation
• Experience managing automation projects and mapping process steps
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and controls of finance activities
• Work with developers to implement new techniques including AI in workflows
• Present functional requirements to guide action plans and convey business benefits
• Manage large-scale automation projects with Investment Services teams
• Share best practices and help teams embrace new tools and ways of working
