Description

You will lead cross-functional quality and dimensional inspection teams to validate supplier product conformance, drive process improvements using lean methodologies, and ensure quality objectives are met for SpaceX's Starship program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years in manufacturing, production, supply chain, or quality
• 1+ years leading people or projects
• Experience with AS9100 or similar quality management system
• Expertise in GD&T and inspection techniques
• High computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Validate conformance of incoming product from suppliers
• Develop world-class inspection capabilities for one-off and ongoing needs
• Drive vision, direction, and efficiency gains to meet scale and quality objectives
• Develop statistical models to guide inspection levels
• Assist in root cause investigations and train staff on improvements
