🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain global standards for meeting room technology and booking systems.
• Own the full lifecycle of office equipment from setup to retirement.
• Lead technical coordination of office openings, relocations, and refurbishments.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and procurement for workplace technology.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in workplace technology, office/facilities, or technical coordination.
• Experience with meeting room technology, AV systems, or booking platforms.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement, contracts, or budgets.
• Experience coordinating office relocation or technology rollout projects.
