🎯 What You'll Do

• Process neurophysiology data like electrophysiology or calcium imaging
• Analyze connectomics datasets and neuronal connectivity graphs
• Develop computational models of neural circuits
• Implement data analysis pipelines and visualization tools

📋 Requirements

• Python programming experience
• Matlab programming experience
• Familiarity with scientific computing libraries like NumPy, SciPy, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow
• Understanding of neuroscience concepts and computational modeling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with connectomics or neurophysiology datasets
• Knowledge of computational neuroscience simulators like NEST, Brian, NEURON
• Experience with machine learning or dynamical systems modeling
