You'll translate legal and regulatory requirements into scalable processes for a remote-first tech company in youth sports. You'll partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering to embed compliance into product development. This role sits at the intersection of legal, product, and operations, with direct impact on how GameChanger scales responsibly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate legal requirements into workflows and operational processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to embed compliance into development.
• Build and scale repeatable compliance systems and frameworks.
• Support risk assessment and drive cross-functional alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, privacy, trust & safety, or risk operations.
• Experience with data privacy regulations like CCPA/CPRA or COPPA.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to implement requirements.
• Experience designing and implementing operational processes at scale.

• Familiarity with data governance, compliance tooling, or content/platform safety frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
