You'll partner across Meriton and all operating companies to hire exceptional talent, providing full life cycle recruiting and best-in-class service. You will leverage creative sourcing methods and collaborate with stakeholders to build a diverse talent pool and ensure a seamless hiring process.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source candidates to meet job profiles and build diverse talent pool
  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring leaders to set expectations and SLAs
  • Use passive sourcing techniques like Boolean searches and social media
  • Track recruiting metrics and optimize recruitment process

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruitment with proactive sourcing
  • Sales and/or engineering recruitment experience, strongly preferred
  • Applicant tracking system and CRM experience
