You'll partner across Meriton and all operating companies to hire exceptional talent, providing full life cycle recruiting and best-in-class service. You will leverage creative sourcing methods and collaborate with stakeholders to build a diverse talent pool and ensure a seamless hiring process.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source candidates to meet job profiles and build diverse talent pool
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring leaders to set expectations and SLAs
- Use passive sourcing techniques like Boolean searches and social media
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize recruitment process
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of full cycle recruitment with proactive sourcing
- Sales and/or engineering recruitment experience, strongly preferred
- Applicant tracking system and CRM experience

- Blend of agency and in-house recruiting
- Natural collaboration skills with proven ability to work across teams
