Description

You will be one of the first touchpoints for customers and prospects, researching the marketplace and helping organizations drive digital transformation with Contentful. This onsite role in Central London involves collaborating with sales executives, managing campaigns, and building relationships with decision-makers across industries.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience preferred; previous SDR/BDR experience highly advantageous
• Ability to understand customer needs and qualify prospects
• Self-starter with proactive approach
• Written and verbal fluency in English and Italian/Spanish
• Interest in technology and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth knowledge of customers, industry, and Contentful's solution
• Manage campaigns and reach out to new prospects
• Conduct lead generation activities including research, outbound prospecting, calling, emailing, and social outreach
• Send weekly activity reports to sales leadership
• Collaborate with assigned Account Executives and hand off qualified prospects
