You will drive CookUnity's product innovation by building the ML and experimentation foundation for personalized, intelligent experiences. You'll lead a team focused on predictive modeling, personalization, and emerging ML capabilities to impact customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product data science strategy, identifying opportunities for ML and predictive analytics
• Partner with Product, Growth, Engineering, and UX leadership to influence product roadmap
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle for product use cases
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product data science team
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning
