You'll scale customer growth for a fast-growing fintech serving established SMEs. You'll own campaign execution across Paid Social and Paid Search while optimizing with data, automation, and AI. This role combines hands-on strategy with analytical rigor in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and optimize campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, and PMax
• Plan and manage acquisition initiatives balancing short and long-term goals
• Analyze performance data to provide actionable recommendations
• Manage a small team and oversee agency vendor performance

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Strong focus on Meta Ads within B2B or Fintech
• Proven test-and-learn process at scale with creative testing systems
• Strong Excel modelling and analysis skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Working proficiency with SQL
• Exposure to Financial Promotions or regulated industries
• Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, or no-code automation
