🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design process from discovery to handoff
• Conduct user research and usability testing with pilots
• Translate complex AI data into clear cockpit interfaces
• Build and maintain a scalable design system

📋 Requirements

• Strong product design instincts and high-fidelity execution
• Fluency in Figma and owning a design system
• Ability to ask 'why' and push back on briefs
• Curiosity about aviation or safety-critical industries

✨ Nice to Have

• 3+ years product design experience with complex products
• Experience designing for AI-powered products
• Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, or HTML/CSS
