You will lead the development, ramp-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes for new robotic systems, bridging design and production to ensure seamless integration. This role focuses on driving quality, efficiency, and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of new product introduction and design-for-manufacturability
• Strong leadership and project management expertise
• Experience with process development and production line layouts
• Ability to collaborate with R&D, design, and operations teams
• Knowledge of advanced manufacturing and NPI methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NPI roadmap, aligning with organizational goals and production strategies
• Establish manufacturing readiness criteria and ensure cross-functional teams meet product launch milestones
• Lead development and validation of manufacturing processes from prototype to full-scale production
• Oversee pilot builds, design reviews, and process qualifications to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Build and mentor a high-performing NPI manufacturing engineering team
