🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads to generate new business
• Conduct consultations to assess and address client insurance needs
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
• Surpass individual sales targets to propel agency expansion

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Skilled in outbound pitching and closing
• Organized and deadline-driven
