Description

You will travel extensively to install and support Augury's industrial AI solutions at customer sites. You'll ensure hardware and services are deployed correctly, conduct site surveys, provide training, and partner with customers to drive measurable value.

Requirements

• Residence in Chicago, IL or Houston/Dallas, TX within 1 hour of major airport
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, ability to pass background check
• 5-10 years hands-on experience with industrial controls or electromechanical systems
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment operation and design
• Excellent communication skills and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Travel 80-90% to support customer sites
• Install and implement hardware and services in industrial environments
• Partner with customers for successful deployments and satisfaction
• Manage administrative tasks: service reports, inventory, asset tracking
• Conduct site surveys, customer training, and technical scoping
