You'll serve as a senior-level HR consultant for higher education clients, leading projects such as interim CHRO assignments, business process reviews, or HRIS optimizations. You'll help institutions strengthen their people operations through strategic process and policy improvements. These roles offer flexibility as full-time or contract opportunities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day leadership of HR department staff
- Oversee HR and payroll projects and priorities
- Assess efficiency of the human resources department
- Design and deliver training to client teams
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a senior-level HR professional in higher education
- Previous role as CHRO, VP, AVP, Director of HR/Payroll, or HR Business Analyst
- Experience with a higher education ERP system (Ellucian, Banner, Jenzabar, Workday)
- Experience assessing HR/payroll operations and recommending process improvements

- Experience as an interim CHRO or director
- Consulting experience in higher education
- Knowledge of faculty credentialing and workload management
