Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management for scaled customers
  • Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze usage data and drive adoption
  • Experience managing renewal cycles and mitigating churn risk

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of scaled customers using a scaled engagement model
  • Drive adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes
  • Conduct structured account health checks using Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Execute CTAs, playbooks, and core customer success motions consistently
  • Monitor license usage and workspace capacity for efficiency and compliance
