Requirements
- Experience in customer success or account management for scaled customers
- Proficiency with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze usage data and drive adoption
- Experience managing renewal cycles and mitigating churn risk
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of scaled customers using a scaled engagement model
- Drive adoption, value realization, and measurable business outcomes
- Conduct structured account health checks using Salesforce and Gainsight
- Execute CTAs, playbooks, and core customer success motions consistently
- Monitor license usage and workspace capacity for efficiency and compliance
