Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals, oversee vehicle movement and repairs, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Experience with reconditioning processes and lean principles
• Ability to lead and delegate tasks to team members

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into/out of Inspection Center safely
• Meet or exceed inventory production goals daily, weekly, monthly
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management to team
• Train associates on quality control standards and efficient repairs
• Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory
