🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze high protein whey and milk markets
• Engage market participants to harvest intelligence
• Develop forward-looking price outlooks and risk assessments
• Own monthly client-facing publication on dairy proteins

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in dairy protein markets or related field
• Familiarity with dairy commodity markets (NFDM/SMP, whey, MPC)
• Strong analytical skills to build forecasting models
• Excellent written communication and self-starter mentality
