Description

You will own and lead the end-to-end development of industry-standard certification exams for the InterSystems community, collaborating with subject matter experts and following recognized assessment standards to ensure exams are valid, reliable, and defensible.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and data presentation skills
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Lead exam development processes to create industry-standard certification exams
• Conduct job task analyses to ensure exam design validity
• Define exam content and engage with stakeholders
• Lead SMEs in question design and creation
• Write and review questions using industry-standard processes
