You'll investigate and resolve member-facing escalations and technical issues for a fast-scaling digital health organization. Your work directly improves AI-powered care delivery by translating real-time problems into product and system improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Investigate, triage, and resolve member-facing escalations and platform bugs.
- Identify recurring patterns and escalate insights to engineering and product teams.
- Own operational domains, ensuring accuracy of workflows and escalation pathways.
- Maintain and optimize Help Center articles, macros, and internal documentation.
๐ Requirements
- 2โ4 years of experience in operations or customer support.
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset to break down complex problems.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation.
- Proven ability to own and improve processes proactively.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in digital health, healthtech, or AI-enabled support.
- Proficiency with Jira and Notion; familiarity with analytics tools like Looker.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, clinical).
