You'll investigate and resolve member-facing escalations and technical issues for a fast-scaling digital health organization. Your work directly improves AI-powered care delivery by translating real-time problems into product and system improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate, triage, and resolve member-facing escalations and platform bugs.
  • Identify recurring patterns and escalate insights to engineering and product teams.
  • Own operational domains, ensuring accuracy of workflows and escalation pathways.
  • Maintain and optimize Help Center articles, macros, and internal documentation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in operations or customer support.
  • Strong analytical and investigative mindset to break down complex problems.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation.
  • Proven ability to own and improve processes proactively.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital health, healthtech, or AI-enabled support.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Notion; familiarity with analytics tools like Looker.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, clinical).
