- Run live weekly and weekend calls including breakouts and spotlights
- Prepare event assets like slides, videos, timers, and surveys
- Admit attendees and manage chat during live sessions
- Respond to student inquiries via inbox with solutions

- 2+ years experience in live event management or customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage live sessions efficiently
- Proficiency with online event and course management tools
