  • Run live weekly and weekend calls including breakouts and spotlights
  • Prepare event assets like slides, videos, timers, and surveys
  • Admit attendees and manage chat during live sessions
  • Respond to student inquiries via inbox with solutions

  • 2+ years experience in live event management or customer support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage live sessions efficiently
  • Proficiency with online event and course management tools
