💼 About This Role

You'll work side-by-side with engineers and scientists to turn ideas into prototypes and experiments into real fusion systems. Your core impact will be building, testing, and advancing the next generation of fusion energy. This is a hands-on role for solving hard problems in a fast-paced R&D environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support operation, maintenance, and development of fusion systems
• Fabricate, assemble, test, troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems
• Install, align, and maintain high voltage pulsed power systems
• Integrate diagnostics, sensors, and scientific instrumentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building complex electromechanical systems
• Troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems
• Fabrication and prototyping skills including machining and assembly
• Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high voltage electrical systems (200V+)
• Knowledge of vacuum systems including UHV
• Exposure to experimental physics or advanced energy technologies
