You'll open doors for the enterprise sustainability platform used by Airbnb and FedEx, inspiring companies in Germany and central Europe to act on climate. You'll take extreme ownership of pipeline building and persuade prospects of the urgency of climate action.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take a data-driven approach to prospecting across key customer segments
• Persuade prospects of the urgency of climate action
• Communicate climate and product expertise to delight customers
• Identify and address inefficiencies in prospecting tools

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales development
• Consistent record of over-achieving goals
• Fluency in both English and German
• Willingness to work from office 4 days per week
