You'll design and build an AI-native lead generation infrastructure from scratch, owning the entire engine. You'll partner with AEs and RevOps to ensure warm, high-quality leads flow into the sales pipeline. This role offers a clean slate to architect systems that scale without legacy constraints.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build agentic lead gen infrastructure from scratch.
• Source, enrich, and qualify leads at scale using AI tools.
• Build and iterate on multi-signal targeting models.
• Own feedback loop between lead quality and conversion.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years in demand gen, growth, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with Clay and HubSpot.
• Proven ability to build systems, not just run campaigns.
• Data-driven learning and strong judgment on lead qualification.
