🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of major team-scoped projects
• Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products
• Mentor and guide other engineers via code reviews
• Design agentic workflows to accelerate engineering delivery

📋 Requirements

• Postgres (or similar) professional experience
• CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar) experience
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Kubernetes experience
• AWS knowledge
• React/Vue/Angular familiarity
