🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to partner inquiries via email and support portal
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in software products
• Guide users through system functionality and best practices
• Surface trends and product feedback to improve partner experience

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a SaaS product support role
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours (5:30 PM to 2:00 AM IST)
