• Support enterprise-level career development projects
• Partner with People Partners on learning enablement initiatives
• Use AI tools to enhance career development solutions

📋 Requirements

• Rising Junior or Senior in bachelor's or graduate program
• Studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education or related field
• Interest in talent development, career growth, or learning programs

• Prior internship in HR or learning programs
• Coursework in data analysis or change initiatives
