🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide substitute teaching coverage for teachers
• Plan and deliver instruction to individuals or small groups
• Support students through one-on-one and small group tutoring
• Assist with instruction, assessments, grading, and classroom duties

📋 Requirements

• Completion of 60 college credits or an Associate's degree
• Ability to assist students with reading, writing, and mathematics
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Understanding of urban school environments
