💼 About This Role

You'll own the systems, data, and processes that power a great employee experience at Astronomer, the company behind the Astro DataOps platform. You'll partner with recruiters and leaders to keep hiring running smoothly and turn messy manual processes into clean scalable systems. This hands-on role is based in New York City with an in-office schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end recruiting operations and ATS workflows in Ashby.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics.
• Manage employee data in Workday across the full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Execute seamless onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with other teams.
• Run the company's exit interview program end to end.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in people operations or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and an ATS.
• Strong analytical skills building reports and translating data into recommendations.
• Sharp attention to detail and low tolerance for data errors.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Ashby as your ATS and Workday as your HRIS.
• Experience building or overhauling people operations processes from scratch.
• Familiarity with compensation benchmarking or offer management workflows.
