As a Sales & Service Manager at ALO, you'll lead the store's guest experience strategy, drive sales, and develop talent to uphold our guiding principles. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer interactions and involves constant movement around the store to maintain an inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through assessing guest connection and product education
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build Sales Service strategy and execute implementation
