๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive new business with K-12 school districts, selling at the cabinet level to Superintendents, CAOs, and CTOs. You'll own consultative, high-trust sales conversations and build and close a $1M+ pipeline in California and the West. This role includes 25โ30% travel for conferences and district meetings.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and close pipeline across a defined territory targeting ~$1M+ in new annual bookings
- Engage district leadership in high-impact, consultative sales conversations
- Translate district priorities into a compelling case for change
- Partner cross-functionally with Success, Product, and Leadership
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years exceeding new business quotas selling into school districts
- Deep understanding of district dynamics and how decisions get made
- Strong existing network across district leaders in California/West
- Self-starter mentality with ability to generate pipeline and operate with autonomy
