• Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks and tools
• Proven track record of driving innovation in AI and NLP projects

Responsibilities

• Lead development, training, and fine-tuning of LLMs for NLP tasks
• Implement and refine scalable architecture in production
• Evaluate and enhance model performance for accuracy and efficiency
• Address data quality, bias mitigation, and model interpretability
• Mentor junior team members and foster innovation
