💼 About This Role

You'll oversee partner fulfillment centers to ensure they meet ShipBob's standards. You'll manage new site startups including project management, systems training, and equipment setup. You'll build solid partnerships with new SFN partner sites by understanding their unique needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage new fulfillment center launches including project management and training.
• Consult with partners to adapt launch plans for successful integration.
• Configure dashboards and services to meet partner goals.
• Troubleshoot all onboarding-related issues and ensure KPI performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of operations leadership in e-commerce fulfillment.
• Advanced understanding of outbound and inbound fulfillment operations.
• Experience opening new building sites and setting up teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing 3PL relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and persuade stakeholders.
