💼 About This Role

You'll own the accounting function end-to-end as the first in-house finance hire at a Series A autonomy company. You'll build processes from the ground up and prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for board and investor reporting. This role offers the chance to implement a modern ERP and drive toward a best-in-class close timeline at a high-growth startup backed by top-tier VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full monthly and annual close process
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for board and investor reporting
• Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation across US, UK, and Canadian entities
• Implement a modern ERP and supporting finance tools

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• 2+ years at a venture-backed startup
• CPA certification
• Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606) and multi-entity consolidation

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-native finance tools (Rillet, Ramp, etc.)
• Experience supporting a fundraise (Series B+)
• Experience in aviation, logistics, or robotics
