💼 About This Role

You'll handle operational and program management tasks for data privacy and information security at Instacart. You'll evaluate vendor data practices, track metrics, and drive cross-functional security projects for company-wide launches. This role offers the chance to build workflow automations and mature InfoSec programs on a small, high-impact team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate vendors' data collection practices and security postures
• Track and report metrics on InfoSec Ops initiatives
• Assist with large-scale audit readiness efforts
• Organize and track cross-functional privacy and security projects

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in Trust Safety, risk, legal, or policy operations
• 2+ years of elevated responsibilities in such an environment
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead complex workflows
• Working understanding of business metrics and reporting

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional experience in information security and data privacy operations
• Familiarity with third party risk management frameworks
• CIPP/CIPM or SEC+ certification
