Your core impact includes defining the architecture, execution strategy, and operational excellence of a multi-tenant, multi-cloud clinical data platform handling sensitive healthcare data at scale. This role stands out for its blend of software engineering, data/ML engineering, and cloud infrastructure leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical vision and roadmap for the Clinical Data Platform
• Drive architecture for multi-tenant, multi-cloud data platforms
• Lead execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives with clear prioritization
• Oversee delivery across batch and real-time data systems

📋 Requirements

• 10-15+ years building and operating large-scale data or distributed systems
• 5+ years engineering leadership experience managing senior engineers
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, S3, etc.)
• Track record of delivering complex, high-impact platform initiatives
