You'll drive technical vision for analytical data infrastructure at Discord, owning the transformation and semantic layer that powers trusted datasets used by investors and partners. You'll build enterprise-scale curated data models and lead cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define technical strategy for analytics data infrastructure
• Build and maintain enterprise-scale curated datasets and data models
• Design sophisticated data models using SQL, Python, and modern data stack
• Develop data quality frameworks and monitoring at massive scale

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in analytics or data engineering with curated datasets
• 7+ years designing and maintaining robust data models
• Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills
• Experience with data quality audits and monitoring for massive datasets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building a semantic layer or metrics store
• Experience with dbt and BigQuery
• Experience with SOX-compliant reporting infrastructure
