Description

You will oversee client relationships for Zefr's measurement and targeting products, guiding sophisticated advertisers in using Zefr technology to maximize their advertising investment, with a focus on pharmaceutical clients and compliance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer success experience in ad tech, verification, measurement, or media buying
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing preferred
  • Working knowledge of digital ad buying for pharma, including compliance and platform restrictions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with product implementation, integration, training, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as day-to-day contact, proactively engaging partners and building relationships
  • Provide strategic guidance to help clients meet KPIs and optimize ad spend
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, deliver recommendations
  • Apply pharma expertise to guide clients on compliance, safety, and platform considerations
