Description
You will oversee client relationships for Zefr's measurement and targeting products, guiding sophisticated advertisers in using Zefr technology to maximize their advertising investment, with a focus on pharmaceutical clients and compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years customer success experience in ad tech, verification, measurement, or media buying
- Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, or similar
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical marketing preferred
- Working knowledge of digital ad buying for pharma, including compliance and platform restrictions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with product implementation, integration, training, and troubleshooting
- Serve as day-to-day contact, proactively engaging partners and building relationships
- Provide strategic guidance to help clients meet KPIs and optimize ad spend
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, deliver recommendations
- Apply pharma expertise to guide clients on compliance, safety, and platform considerations
